Treasurer Garrity Visits Bedford County Manufacturers to Discuss State’s Business Climate

Harrisburg, PA - Treasurer Stacy Garrity today visited two manufacturers in Bedford County, Mission Critical Solutions Manufacturing in Pleasantville and The Organic Snack Company in Everett, to talk about Pennsylvania’s business climate. Treasurer Garrity also met with representatives from Creative Composites Group and LBFoster who joined the tour of Mission Critical Solutions. The visits were organized by the Bedford County Development Association (BCDA).

Mission Critical Solutions Manufacturing is a custom metal fabricator and precision CNC machining company, specializing in the manufacturing of metal parts, assemblies, and finished products crafted from carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys. The company serves customers in the defense, rail, transportation, and energy industries, in addition to doing various custom build-to-print projects.

TOSC’s facility in Bedford County allowed Kate’s Real Food to dramatically increase its production while maintaining its focus on clean ingredients, sustainable practices, and organic products.
