Treasurer Stacy Garrity: You Could Win Big During the Big Game by Searching for Missing Money

More than $31 million in unclaimed property is waiting for fans with football ties

Harrisburg, PA - Pennsylvania Treasurer Stacy Garrity is urging football fans and big game partygoers to check and see if they have any missing money. Individuals, businesses and organizations with names that include the words Seahawks, Patriots, Seattle, New, England, Drake, Maye, Sam, Darnold, Football, Game, Wings, Pizza, Halftime and Touchdown have over $31 million in unclaimed property being safeguarded by Treasury.

“Without a Pennsylvania team to root for in this year’s big game, I’m rooting for the more than one in ten Pennsylvanians who are owed some of the $5 billion in unclaimed property Treasury is working to return. It’s so fast to search for unclaimed property that you won’t miss a play – or a commercial – whichever you’re tuning in for this weekend!”
