Rental and Utility Assistance (Act 1 of 2021)
This map shows the amount of rental and utility assistance funding provided to Pennsylvania counties by Act 1 of 2021. The funding is to be used for assistance with rent (and arrears), utilities and home energy costs (and arrears), and other expenses related to housing incurred due, directly or indirectly, to COVID-19, to the extent permitted by federal law.
